War is an integrated part of the culture, it’s permanent but is varieting in expression,
like economy, fear, science, truth, etc. But it’s treated like an accident, because the paradox of the ethics says, stealing and killing is forbidden! – Terror is a logic consequence of ‘way of life’, or the ideology of marketing, – based upon fear. This isn’t a game of peace! – or ??
The content of this envelope might be the value of 300 billion dollars, given for the sake of people, for food, clothes, health, knowledge, etc. – easily!
You may think the content would be stolen! – EXACTLY! – EVERYBODY KNOWS! – IT IS!
