ERIK GRAM:HANSSENFROM 5PM TILL 8PM25.09.1976
“A Journey in Time and Space” takes place on Saturday, 25 September 1976.
On that day, the Danish artist Erik Gram:Hanssen and some of his friends will travel by hydrofoil from Copenhagen to Malmö, and then by train to Galerie S:t Petri in Lund.
Departure from Copenhagen, Havnegade, at 16:00 – arrival in Malmö, Skeppsbron, at 16:40, where the travelers will then leave an EEC country.
The group is expected to arrive at Galerie S:t Petri around 18:00.
There, Erik Gram:Hanssen will present his exhibition “Nostalgic Journey” (project 1950–1976), which through this boat action is linked to another showing of Gram:Hanssen’s work, “Foreign Travel Pictures”, which concludes in Copenhagen earlier the same day.
“Nostalgic Journey” is based on a wide selection of material collected from the artist’s childhood and youth, now organized and restructured.
For the first time, a Swedish audience will be introduced to this artist, who has been active since the early 1960s and has worked closely with The Experimental Art School in Copenhagen.
The exhibition lasts only this one day, beginning at approximately 18:00.
