It does so with an exhibition by Paul-Armand Gette: “Jardins Botaniques” (Botanical Gardens).From 21 to 23 August, studies of botanical gardens are shown — which Gette considers to be a reorganisation of nature with labelled plants, rocks, etc. — from Lund, Lyon, Paris, Amsterdam and Copenhagen. The collecting of the material began last year.This exhibition is a further development of the manifestation “La nature en sable”, which took place in 1972 at the “Centre Culturel Suédois” in Paris, where the artist Jean Le Gac also participated and Paul-Armand Gette gave a lecture.Last year and in 1972, Galerie S:t Petri presented similar short exhibitions by Paul-Armand Gette, “La campagne” and “Ringsjön” respectively.
